Search Terms
A name, place, or other detail entered into a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that powers that tool. Bear Lake County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s terms and privacy practices govern its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. A message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
